NapoleonCat is a social media management platform — many screens, many moving parts, and a story that falls apart the moment you try to show everything. The team had six minutes of raw screen recordings and a voiceover track. Useful material, but not something a prospect would sit through.
I started from the messaging rather than the footage: what a viewer needs to understand first, what can wait, and what can be cut entirely. Then I rebuilt the product moments as clean UI animation instead of raw capture, cut the narration to the load-bearing lines, and paced the whole thing so every screen earns its seconds.
A product demo that explains a complicated tool and still looks good — one people finish watching. Three years later we are still producing video together.
